You can always return the jewels that have not convinced you, with the exception of the earrings , which for hygiene reasons, do not allow returns.

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us that you want to make a return.

1 - RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We review all orders very well before sending us and the quality of our products is one of our top priorities, but in the event that your jewel shows a defect, you have 48 hours to notify us of the defect by email contact @ ochodoses.com and we will manage the refund of the amount or the change. You will not have to assume any cost.

2 - PRODUCT RETURN

If once you receive the order, a product does not convince you, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the order and except for pending ones, which for hygiene reasons do not allow returns.

  1. As we want you to try our products and fall in love with our designs, the first return is ALWAYS FREE, so you will not be afraid to try our designs, because you will not assume any cost on your first return.
  2. Return at home. You can request a return at home and we will send a courier to pick up the package. You just have to send us an email contact@ochodoses.com and we will manage the code for you. This method has a cost of € 4.95 that will be deducted from the refund of your order.
  3. Return on your own. If you prefer, you can send us the package on your own using the courier company that you prefer. Remember that in these cases, we are not responsible for losses or damages suffered in transport and that we reimburse the amount once the piece arrives in perfect condition at our warehouse.
